1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShakeyGames (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are purchasing access to digital content that becomes available immediately upon payment
- Under applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available and accessed
- No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, or dissatisfaction with content
- No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms
- Chargebacks filed without legitimate cause will be treated as fraud and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Share, distribute, or re-upload any content from the Platform
- Attempt to bypass access controls or exploit security vulnerabilities
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another user or provide false identity information
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ShakeyGames — including games, videos, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ShakeyGames or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content.
8. Content Disclaimer
ShakeyGames contains adult content intended for mature audiences. All content on this Platform is legal and involves consenting adults. We do not host or distribute any illegal content. Any content that violates applicable laws will be removed immediately upon discovery.
9. Availability & Uptime
We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining unused days.
11. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination due to a Terms violation, no refund will be issued.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShakeyGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where ShakeyGames is registered and operated.
